Both the Chiropractic Board of Clinical Nutrition (CBCN)and/or the American Clinical Board of Nutrition (ACBN) have approved this Program for meeting their respective requirements. Additionally, the American Board of Functional Medicine is approving a minimum of 100 hours toward its diplomate examination requirements.

Although doctors and senior students from other disciplines take this Program, it has set the gold standard in post doctoral nutrition education for the Chiropractic profession for over 20 years. It has educated the most number of doctors and produced the most Nutrition Diplomates. The Program is much more than just another certificate course. TCC is proud to be the first college to offer the Program with the newly updated information to include functional medicine and genomics as they relate to nutrition, diet and lifestyle for health, wellness and longevity.

With 10 instructors using recent textbooks by critically acclaimed authors along with current research, the quality of education is high. Each instructor has been vetted as a board certified diplomate in nutrition with clinical experience in the topics or as an expert in the field on the topic he/she is teaching. The feedback from graduates is very positive with recommendations to take the Program even if a doctor chooses not to sit a board examination to attain diplomate status. Diplomates may also use any of the Courses in the Program to obtain yearly recertification hours.
