Dr. Elicia Rosen-Fox is a New York licensed Chiropractor, a Certified Clinical Nutritionist, a Diplomate of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition and a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist. Dr. Rosen-Fox also graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science and was employed as a clinical dietitian before starting her education at Life Chiropractic College, now Life University in Marietta, Georgia. Dr. Rosen-Fox then completed her Masters in Human Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport. She has been teaching for the City of New York for over 22 years holding New York State teaching licenses in Chemistry, Biology and Health. She is presently is an Associate Professor at Kingsborough College, of the City University of New York, where she teachers Anatomy and Physiology and Nutrition. Dr. Rosen-Fox is also involved in Chiropractic leadership, having served as the Vice President and President of American Chiropractic Association’s Council on Nutrition.
She is now the treasurer of the American Chiropractic Specialty Board, and also the immediate Past President of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition. The American Clinical Board of Nutrition is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies. Dr. Rosen-Fox devoted her time and efforts to promote and maintain the ACBN’s, NCCA certification. She has championed the importance of certification in keeping with its service to the public and to various other stakeholders. The American Clinical Board of Nutrition is the first and only certifying agency to offer a Diplomate status to all professionals in health care beyond the doctorate level in the United States and internationally. Dr. Rosen-Fox has authored numerous journal articles on clinical nutrition and promoting nutrition and health. Dr. Rosen-Fox has also maintained a private practice since 1991 specializing in the natural and alternative treatments in health care.
