Apply To the APACBN
Allied Practitioner of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition (APACBN)
The mission of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition is to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the public through an examination and certification process that assesses professional and clinical competence of health care providers in nutrition.
APACBN — Allied Practitioner of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition - certification is a master’s-level certification pathway for non-physician healthcare professionals in clinical nutrition.
The APACBN credential was created to extend ACBN certification standards to qualified, master’s-trained, non-physician healthcare professionals—including clinicians who do not meet eligibility for ACBN’s physician-only certification pathway. APACBN recognizes advanced preparation in clinical nutrition and a commitment to evidence-informed, nutrition-focused care and prevention within the scope of one’s professional license.
