Dr. Whitten graduated NYCC 1992.  He began practice in South Florida as a treating physician in two separate practices  In 2003 partnered to open a multi-disciplinary health care facility incorporating Chiropractic, Medical, Acupuncture, Physical Therapy and Nutritional therapies under one roof.  Dr. Whitten has continued to pursue this comprehensive combined healthcare philosophy throughout his career.  His post-doctoral Studies include disability evaluations, Industrial back injury prevention, sports medicine, manipulation under anesthesia, clinical nutrition, naturopathy.  He is associated with the following organizations: FCA, ACA, Broward County Chiropractic Society, Palm Beach County Chiropractic Association, American Clinical Board of Nutrition, Bright Lights Multiple Sclerosis Foundation, Lions Club International, Kiwanis Club.

Dr. Elicia Rosen-Fox is a New York licensed Chiropractor, a Certified Clinical Nutritionist, a Diplomate of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition and a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist. Dr. Rosen-Fox also graduated with a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Science and was employed as a clinical dietitian before starting her education at Life Chiropractic College, now Life University in Marietta, Georgia. Dr. Rosen-Fox then completed her Masters in Human Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport. She has been teaching for the City of New York for over 22 years holding New York State teaching licenses in Chemistry, Biology and Health. She is presently is an Associate Professor at Kingsborough College, of the City University of New York, where she teachers Anatomy and Physiology and Nutrition. Dr. Rosen-Fox is also involved in Chiropractic leadership, having served as the Vice President and President of American Chiropractic Association’s Council on Nutrition.
She is now the treasurer of the American Chiropractic Specialty Board, and also the immediate Past President of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition. The American Clinical Board of Nutrition is accredited by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies. Dr. Rosen-Fox devoted her time and efforts to promote and maintain the ACBN’s, NCCA certification. She has championed the importance of certification in keeping with its service to the public and to various other stakeholders. The American Clinical Board of Nutrition is the first and only certifying agency to offer a Diplomate status to all professionals in health care beyond the doctorate level in the United States and internationally. Dr. Rosen-Fox has authored numerous journal articles on clinical nutrition and promoting nutrition and health. Dr. Rosen-Fox has also maintained a private practice since 1991 specializing in the natural and alternative treatments in health care.

ACBN Vice-President Dr. Steve Perman is a holistic chiropractic physician, acupuncturist, teacher, former state legislator and motivational speaker. His credentials include a full board certification in chiropractic sports medicine (DACBSP) and a full board certification in Clinical Nutrition (DABCN). His acupuncture certification program was through the University of Miami School of Medicine. He attended Emory University in Atlanta and graduated, with honors, from New York Chiropractic College in 1979.
Adedicated political activist on health-related issues, Steve has led the ACA/FCA visitation team to Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. annually for over 25 years and was named FCA Chiropractor of the Year in 2005. He was the ACA South Florida delegate, and served as the national chairman of the ACA-PAC. In 2009, in advance of the enactment of the Affordable Care Act, the ACA named him the chairman of its Health Care Reform Task Force to help analyze the impact of Obama Care on our profession and patients.
In 2010, he was elected to the Florida House of Representatives, where his committee service included that of Ranking Member on the Health Care Access subcommittee.
Dr. Perman comes from a "chiropractic family"-- his brother Dr. Dennis Perman is the founder/owner of The Master's Circle and both his parents, Dr. Bill and Eileen, served for years on the FL State Board of Chiropractic Medicine. Dr. Brett Wisniewski was born and raised in New Jersey. He attended Monmouth University where he received a Bachelor's of Science degree in Biology with concentrated studies in chemistry. He has always gravitated towards the study of the human body and natural health. Dr. Wisniewski and his moved to Florida to further his studies at PalmerCollege Chiropractic where he graduated Cum Laude, with a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. He then went on to study at the University of Florida where he completed his master’s degree in molecular cell biology with a concentration in immunology. Dr. Wisniewski also holds diplomates from theAmerican Board of Chiropractic Internists (DABCI) and the American Clinical Board of Nutrition (DACBN) of which he isa head instructor and sits on the board, respectively.

functional Medicine utilizing clinical nutrition, acupuncture,
homeopathy, Cranial-Sacral Therapy and functional medicine

He is the past president of the American Board of Chiropractic Internists and is the current Executive Director of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition.
